1. Delete from inside the app (fastest way)
If you still have access to your account, log in, go to Settings, scroll to Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — progress, badges, battle history, chat messages, and friends.
2. Request deletion without logging in
If you no longer have access to your account, have uninstalled the app, or prefer not to log in, you can request deletion by emailing sdaieducators@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name and, if known, your username. We will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 7 business days.
3. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes: your profile (name, email, avatar), lesson progress and quiz results, battle history and friend connections, chat messages, typing course progress, and any course purchase records linked to your account. This action cannot be undone.
4. What may be retained
For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain anonymized payment transaction records (amount and date, with no personal identifiers) as required by Indian tax and financial regulations, even after account deletion.
5. Parent / School accounts
Parents can request deletion of their own account and its link to a student's profile at any time using the same methods above. Deleting a parent account does not delete the linked student's account or progress.
