1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SD Ai Educators, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Parents or guardians must agree on behalf of students under 18.

2. Account Types & Access

Free accounts receive access to introductory lessons. Locked lessons can be unlocked through individual purchase, processed securely via Razorpay.

School-sponsored accounts receive full free access when a valid school invite code is provided at sign-up.

Parent accounts are linked to a specific student and have read-only access to that student's progress. Parent accounts cannot access lessons or modify student data.

3. Payments & Refunds

Individual course purchases are processed through Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Refund requests can be made by contacting us within a reasonable period of purchase; refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. School access is arranged separately through direct agreement with SD Ai Educators and is not covered by this in-app payment flow.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to: provide accurate information at sign-up, use the platform only for learning, not share your account credentials, and not attempt to access other users' data or admin features. Attempting to bypass access controls or payment systems will result in account termination.

5. Battle, Games & Friends Chat Conduct

Friends Chat and Battle are provided for respectful, educational interaction between students. You agree not to send harassing, abusive, or inappropriate messages, and not to attempt to spam or flood the chat or Battle systems. Messages sent through Friends Chat are automatically deleted after 2 days. We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to these features for any account found violating this section.

6. AI Assistant

The AI help widget and Battle's AI-generated quiz questions provide educational assistance and content. AI responses may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying information. Do not share personal or sensitive information through the AI chat.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, quizzes, and platform design are owned by SD Ai Educators. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content without permission. Student-created projects remain the student's own work.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time using the "Delete Account" option in Settings.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for accuracy and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
